Our Services
Residential Home Inspection
A standard home inspection is a complete assessment of the property’s condition, which typically includes the foundation, roof, electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling, interior and exterior elements, basements/crawlspaces, and major appliances. After the inspection you will receive a full-color home inspection report, web-based for easy viewing even on your mobile devices, which includes a thorough explanation of any areas of concern.
Pre-Listing Inspection
A pre-listing home inspection is an inspection done before a seller decides to put their home on the market. Much like a buyer's home inspection, each pre-listing home inspection covers the major aspects of a home. The resulting report gives the seller, realtor and buyers an objective overview of the condition of the house with a list of detected issues and gives the seller time to prepare for the buyer’s home inspection by adjusting the price in proportion to the severity of the issues or making necessary repairs to boost value
